BEING CONTRACT SEEKING EMPLOYMENT REQUIRES ME TO APPLY MANY "DIFFERENT SKILLS SETS" AT VARIOUS JOBS. WHILE I OFTEN ENCOUNTER CHALLENGES AND "OPPORTUNITES WHICH REQUIRE SELF EDUCATION, VARIOUS CALCULATIONS AND TECHNIQUES I MAY EXPERIENCE LARGE PERIODS OF TIME BEFORE UTILIZING THESE SKILLS AGAIN. CHANGING POSITONS HAS THE EFFECT OF DIMINISHING MY MEMORY OF VARIOUS CALCULATIONS SINCE THE VARIETY OF TASK VARY SO WIDELY. I DONT TEND TO MEMORIZE PART NUMBERS OR CERTAIN PROCEDURES, JUST THE REMEBER THE PRINCIPLE SO THAT I CAN BE WIDELY USEFUL.

    I AM OPEN TO "ENTRY LEVEL POSITIONS" AND SOME "CAPITUALTION" OF SALARY TO INVITE THE CHANCE TO ENHANCE MY CAREER. I AM A "GREAT VALUE", AT LESS COST, "WHILE" I DEMONSTRATE MY PROCLIVITY.

    OBSERVATION

I CAN TELL, AS I AM ON VARIOUS CONTRACTS AND SPOT COPIES OF MY DEVELOPMENT BECAUSE OFTEN MANY DON'T BOTHER TO CHANGE VARIABLE NAMES. I HAVE SEEN MODIFICATIONS TO MY DRAWINGS, USED AS TEMPLATES, AS I RECOGNIZE CERTAIN "QUIRKS OF LINE WORK" I DO SPECIFICALLY AND LAYERING SCHEMES THAT MATCH MY LISP AND VBA DEVELOPMENT.
    RIGHT BEFORE I AM TO BE LAID OFF I AM OFTEN SHADOWED AND ASKED TO TRAIN OTHERS "IN MY METHODOLGY" SO THEY CAN MAKE A NEW HIRE (A MANAGERS FRIEND) OR ASSUME THE TASK ONCE THEY FEEL "I'VE MADE IT "SIMPLE"". ONCE I DEPART, TEMPORARY OR CONTRACT POSITIONS OFTEN THEN BECOME DIRECT JOBS FOR THE "NEXT PERSON". OFTEN OTHER EMPLOYEES (VARIOUS NATIONALITIES) WHO NOTED MY EFFORTS AND DEVELOPMENT, HAVE GIVEN ME A CALL "AFTER I'M GONE" TO EXPRESS THEIR DISBELIEF, I WASN'T HIRED OR THAT OTHERS ARE TRYING TO USE MY TOOLS.

    CONSEQUENTIALLY, IN AN INTERVEIW I MAY NOT HAVE THE "IDEAL ANSWERS" TO QUESTIONS BASED ON EXPECTED PROCEDURE, BUT SO FAR "ALL" EMPLOYERS WERE SATISFIED WITH FINAL RESULTS. SAVE 1. (I WAS GIVEN ELEMENTARY TASKS THAT SHOWED NO PROMISE OR OPPORTUNITY AND THAT KEPT ME FROM SEEKING BETTER EMPLOYMENT.) IF I REMAIN IT TENDS TO SOLIDIFY THE FALSE EXPECTATION I AM JUST A DRAFTER WHEN I APPLY FOR THE JOB THAT ,MATCHES MY EDUCATION. ITS A "LOOP".
