POSITION: Designer
I am self taught in SOLID WORKS. I have particular utility for each CAD software. So I tend to tuse the best for the particular circumstance.I have also been self taught in I.D.E.A.S in 1996. A main frame 3D software- But that has since evolved into Solid edge which I have no experience since 1990's.I have access to the software earlier version as it was given to me for testing. SO if needed I can appraoch Solid Edge as well but it is more complicated. I'd need a large amount of time.
I created this section to show I have done many parts and have experience in 3D modeling. These images were created from mechanical drawing sketchs and modeled to scale. I found drawings on the Internet and decided to replicate them for practice.
I am not the solid works "expert" as of present. But I am "capable". I am more "Electrical Engineering" than "mechanical design", but I have worked in almost all disciplines from "Mechanical to Facilites".
I just do not prefer "Civil" as my "civil experience" is only from classroom assignments.
I am not a "drafter". Drafting class was "Engineering 101". The very "1st" class. So I see "Design , Drafting and Documentation" from an Engineers perspective, Which accounts for my proficiency.
Please do not expect "perfection" until I am well versed in your standards. Everyone does things differently.
